1. Services Provided
Excellent Cleaning GM Ltd offers professional cleaning services, including home cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, after-builders cleaning, and office cleaning. Our services are available for residential and commercial properties in London and the surrounding areas.
2. Booking and Payment
Booking: Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or by email. We will confirm each booking with a confirmation email or phone call.
Payment: Payment for services can be made via cash, bank transfer, and credit card. Full payment must be received within 3 working days of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Late Payment: If payment is not made on time, Excellent Cleaning GM Ltd reserves the right to apply a late payment fee.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur a fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will be charged 20% of the service fee.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule a service up to 48 hours in advance without charge. Rescheduling with less notice may incur a fee, subject to availability.
4. Access to Property
To provide our cleaning services, clients must grant access to the property at the scheduled time. If our cleaners cannot access the property, the client may be charged a cancellation or rescheduling fee.
5. Health and Safety
Our team follows strict health and safety guidelines to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. Clients are expected to inform us of any potential hazards within the property in advance.
6. Liability
Damage: Excellent Cleaning GM Ltd is fully insured. We will cover any accidental damage caused by our staff, provided it is reported within 24 hours of the service. We are not responsible for damages not reported within this period.
Items: Excellent Cleaning GM Ltd is not liable for any items left in the property that may be moved or misplaced during cleaning.
Pre-existing Conditions: We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or areas that may be damaged during cleaning due to age, wear, or other factors beyond our control.
7. Quality Guarantee
Our aim is to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue by revisiting the property or other agreed-upon measures.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Ensuring safe access to the property for our cleaning team.
Removing valuable items from areas to be cleaned.
Notifying us of any specific cleaning requirements or issues in advance.
9. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data provided by clients is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Excellent Cleaning GM Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
